 A-l offers one-to-one services, including evaluations, assistance with coursework, and remediation, custom tailored to your educational needs.
 
• Would you like to benefit rapidly from aid with reading, comprehension, math, or writing skills?

Hilda Coyne is a Services Provider for the Baltimore City Public Schools for students from kindergarten through twelfth grade, and receives referrals from the Departments of Academic Advising of the colleges and universities in the region. She is Past Chair for Learning Disabilities with the National Association for Developmental Education, and sees students from pre-school age through college and beyond.

Following a customized evaluation from Learning Specialist Hilda Coyne, the student receives an individualized analysis of academic problems as well as of which deficits may contribute to his or her difficulties. Resolving academic challenges and their causes is a necessity, since treating problems superficially without identifying their causes and treating them as well, often permits difficulties to persist indefinitely.

This tailored one to one program of accelerated remediation changes failure to success as it builds confidence and increases motivation. Children, adolescents and adults improve significantly in reading, comprehension, math, writing, science, social studies, test preparation, study skills, organization, and in other related needs as well. Those with and without learning differences equally find this unique program of immense value.
